Hey, I’m Sam!
I started Roll Up Herbal Bar for one reason: to provide culinary beverages for folks who aren’t drinking for whatever reason, but crave the complexity of a well-crafted cocktail.
As an experienced bartender, my favorite part of this job is creating new and exciting drinks from ingredients that are fresh, local, and maybe just a bit unexpected.
As an artist and former theater kid, it’s fun to concoct visually appealing beverages, and create beautiful, memorable experiences.
